Pediatrician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Clinic in West Orange, NJ

An outpatient clinic is seeking a pediatrician for locum tenens coverage.While in West Orange, NJ, visit the Thomas Edison National Historical Park, have some kid-friendly fun at Turtle Back Zoo, or adventure at Essex County Treetop Course.This position involves working 3 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., ideally on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, though there is some flexibility with the days and times. The role requires 8 on-call nights per month, but this is also flexible. The patient population is pediatric, with patients under the age of 18. The EMR system used is Athena. Board certification and a New Jersey state license are required, along with the ability to start as soon as possible. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Candidates must be local, as only mileage reimbursement is offered. Each provider has an assigned medical assistant, along with two front desk staff and one office manager. The pay rate is between $200 and $250.
